In this talk, I want to cover 5 practices that dev teams can look into to improve the velocity of their work. We will talk about various aspects that you can improve before during and after the delivery cycle. Some of those might feel like things that could slow the team down and sound way too bureaucratic but I am ready to prove with real-life examples how they can positively improve the development velocity and team health in the long run.
